Another creation!

I love the simplicity of black and white cards, the look so elegant! I have been trying to use what I have instead of buying more stuff ---I have a lot of stuff!!! Graphic 45 has some awesome papers!!! I bought a pack of the Botanicabella assortment today and gave it to my BFF for her to enjoy! I will buy some more....later... lol!! So many new things from the Chicago show are coming out - Tim Holtz has some fabulous new stamps, distress crackle paints in metalic colors and distress stickles too!! Oh I want them all!! I am trying to get my hubby to build me some shelves for my craft room so I have better storage--oh speaking of storage, I bought a shabby chic cubie thing at the flea market this weekend for $10.00!!! Woo hoo!! I thought about painting it and then stamping on it and then I thought it looked best just the way it is--has character!!! I posted a picture of the cubie thing and a new black and white card! Enjoy!!

Black & White card

Well I have had so much fun working on this black & white card. Just two simple colors and they look so rich and elegant. I have posted one of the two I am working on, the second one is not finished- It's all an idea in my head. Thinking of using Tim Holtz grungeboard and painting it black with the distress crackle paint...I have zebra paper too,hmmmm. Time to get back to the drawing board and play some more...have a great night and a super weekend~~

Ok, so I went crazy there...lol - Croppinsville had a Friday Challenge on 7/04. They provided a sketch and a sample to show you what it would look like. I thought it would be fun to try! I always make square cards, so this was fun!! Here are some examples in this post for you to see!!

New cards

Wow this is so easy to forget to update!! I added some new cards and a song to my slide show - which is now located at the bottom of my blog --it was on the side and kept on getting cut off- so I moved it!! Nothing mush has been happening here SSDD! I have so many ideas for things I want to do, it seems that I cannot just go sit at my table and do them!! Maybe one day I will!!
